Maintenance: |
| The complete area is fenced. It will be guarded by watch & ward. Regular watering, manuring, protection from fire and regular maintenance is done under the supervision of Parisara and eco-club volunteers. This close maintenance will be for a period of 3 to 5 years after which they are self-sustaining. |
| Nursery: |
| Best quality seedlings are raised in the nursery in the project area. Experts from Agricultural University and Forestry
are providing the required guidance. If any of the saplings were to die, it will be immediately replaced by a sapling from the nursery. |
| Awareness Camps: |
Week-end awareness camps in the project area are organized for interested people. People from industries, government organizations, schools and colleges are the target audience. The camp is for a minimum of 1 day.
In addition, volunteers would visit organizations, institutions & social functions for creating awareness about the project. |
